Our Foundation’s Goals
The goal of the GreenHouse Foundation is to create a safer, healthier and more sustainable planet for our children and our communities.
To that end we have developed a Phased approach to all programing and initiatives. Each Phase includes components of education, collaboration and implementation.
OUR 3 PHASES
EMPOWERMENT THROUGH EDUCATION
GreenHouse School Partnerships
Through our GreenHouse School Partnerships, we provide educational and financial support to schools in disadvantaged areas that have a commitment to educating and inspiring their students to adopt green living practices.
GreenGarden Education Program
Our GreenGarden Education program provides curriculum and resources for schools interested in starting their own outdoor teaching gardens. Through this program, children learn the fundamentals of creating, maintaining and harvesting an outdoor garden. They also learn how to start and manage a farmer’s market.
